We offer multiple customization techniques, including hot stamping, embossing, UV coating, silk-screen printing, and high-quality stickers. For printed paper cards, we collaborate with trusted printing specialists to ensure every detail is sharp, vibrant, and on-brand. Simply share your design file and die-cut template, and we handle the rest — from coordination to quality inspection.

Q: What do you need from us to provide an accurate quote?
To tailor the right solution for your needs, we recommend sharing:

• Order quantity

• Preferred material

• Product or packaging structure & style

• Dimensions (Length x Width x Height)

• Printing details: colors, finishes, and special techniques (e.g., hot stamping, embossing, glitter, spot UV, matte finish)

• Reference images or design files for clarity

Once we have these details, we typically respond with a quote within 24 hours. For urgent requests, mark your email with “Urgent” — we’ll move it to the top of our list.

Q: How long will it take to make samples and bulk orders?

• Samples: 1–3 days, depending on complexity.

• Bulk production: 7–10 working days on average, with timing adjusted for order size and product complexity.

We understand deadlines matter — our production team is equipped to handle both standard and time-sensitive projects without compromising quality.

Q: What is your usual lead time?
Standard production time is 7–14 days, but we regularly accommodate urgent orders in 10 days or less. Lead times vary depending on order volume and current production schedule.

Q: How do you ship your products?
For samples, we use express couriers like SF Express, FedEx, DHL, and UPS for speed and reliability.
For bulk shipments, most orders are sent by sea from Qingdao Port to optimize cost efficiency, but we can arrange air freight or alternative logistics solutions upon request.
